Job Summary
Flex Houseparents (full-time) for married couples residing in on-campus student homes to supervise and guide a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting/reporting. The role starts with a nine-on/three-off schedule and may transition to living and working with the same student home. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total compensation around $168,000 per couple, plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a two-person married couple with at least two years of marriage; both spouses must apply individually. Required Qualifications
