Job Summary
Flexible Paired Houseparents (Full-time) reside in on-campus student homes in a two-person, married couple team to supervise and mentor 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, administering medications, coordinating student routines and activities, driving students to activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a transition to a placed houseparent living in the same home. Compensation includes a per-person salary with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance; requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Applicants must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses aged 27 or older. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual applications.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; role models for students
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- High school diploma or GED required
