Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and coordination of routines for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising students, administering medications, driving to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The role transitions from a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule to a placed houseparent assignment in the same student home. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requires two spouses who are legally married for at least two years, both aged 27+, and a high school diploma or GED; must have a valid driver’s license and ability to drive student vans; living on campus with a smoke-free and weapon-free environment. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
