Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparents reside on the Milton Hershey School campus to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students in a family-like home. They provide daily supervision and mentorship, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and transition over time to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. The position requires a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to become certified to drive student home vans, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, a high school diploma or GED, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; spouses must be legally married for at least two years and both aged 27 or older. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided, and the total compensation per couple is approximately $168,000 with on-campus housing and meals included.
