Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for married couples to reside on-campus and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and handling budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same students. Compensation is $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 total per couple with benefits). Relocation assistance and paid training provided; comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Couples must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children in the home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Comfort leading devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
