Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents living on-campus in Spring Hills, IN. Responsibilities include supervising 8–13 students, providing care and mentorship, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The position transitions from nine consecutive days on/off to a Placed Houseparent role with a consistent student home. Benefits include salary of $44,768 per person (~$168,000 total per couple) plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and housing. Requires experience with youth, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to drive student vans, willingness to lead devotions and chapels, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; includes two-year-married-spouse requirement and other household constraints.
