Two-person, on-campus houseparenting role at Milton Hershey School: full-time position for legally married couples living in student homes, providing supervision, mentorship, scheduling, activities planning, devotional leadership, and student wellness support; involves driving, budgeting, and transitioning from flexible to placed houseparent roles while living with a group of 8–13 students on a campus with structured routines and inclusive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse, legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to reside on-campus with students
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- No more than three dependent children in student home
- Comfort leading daily devotions and chapel services
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
