Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside on-campus in student homes and provide supervision, mentorship and care for 8–13 students, including medication administration, transporting students to activities, planning/developing activities, daily devotions and chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting, with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule that transitions to a dedicated student-home assignment. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, experience with youth, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; couples must both apply individually.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- On-campus housing provided (on-campus placement)
- Comply with smoke-free and weapon-free campus rules
- Relocation assistance provided
- Planned transition to placed houseparent role
