Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on an on-campus student home in Abbott, TX, providing supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role transitions from a nine-on duty, three-off cycle to a Placed Houseparent with the same group of students.
