Job Summary
Flexible, full-time two-person houseparent roles on a residential campus. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, including daily supervision, mentoring, household routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a permanent student-home setting. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for married couples
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
