Job Summary
Married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in student homes and provide supervision, care, guidance, and support for groups of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent where both spouses live with the same group of students. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. This is a two-person, on-campus residence role for legally married couples with emphasis on student development and safety.
