Two-person married-couple role at Milton Hershey School as Full-time Flex Houseparents. The couple resides in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, and guidance to approximately 8–13 students, including supervision, mentorship, administering medications, driving to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The working schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768/year, total ~ $168,000 per couple), full medical/dental/vision, retirement plans, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. Qualifications require a high school diploma or GED, legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to obtain certification to drive student vans, experience with youth, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort leading devotions and chapel services.
