Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes with a group of approximately 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care. Responsibilities include managing household routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and following a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same student home. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a legally married two-person couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid driver’s license and willingness to become certified to drive student home vans, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; relocation assistance and paid training are provided.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to become certified to drive student home vans
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Preference for married couples legally married for at least two years
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
