Couples reside in student homes, provide supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation, and developmentally appropriate activities for 8–13 students; oversee routines, devotions, budgeting, and household reporting; schedule initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include per-person salary of $44,768 (approx. $168k total for the couple), relocation assistance, comprehensive health benefits, and paid training. Qualifications require a legally married two-person team, both spouses aged 27+, high school diploma or GED, driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and alcohol-free campus; both spouses must complete individual applications.
