Full-time, on-campus Flex Houseparents residing in Elyria, OH, to supervise and care for 8–13 students in a family-like home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include salary per person around $44,768 with total compensation for a couple near $168,000, relocation assistance, comprehensive health benefits, and paid time off.
