Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students; duties include supervision, mentorship, medication administration, planning activities, driving to activities, and leading devotions and chapel, with a nine-on/two-off initial schedule transitioning to a placed houseparent role; compensation includes per-person salary, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training; two-person married-couple requirement with both spouses applying individually.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse role, both spouses must complete individual applications
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Experience with youth, volunteering or working with youth preferred
