Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in student homes and provide care, supervision, and mentorship to approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, guiding daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a future transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and eligibility for work as a legally married, two-person team aged 27 or older. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided; both spouses must apply individually for consideration.
