Two-person married couples are sought as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School to live in on-campus student homes and oversee ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a fixed student home. Benefits include relocation assistance, paid training, medical/dental/vision, retirement options, and paid time off. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Both spouses must apply individually for consideration.
