Flexible, full-time two-person Houseparent role in on-campus student homes. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring approximately 8–13 students, administering medications, coordinating daily routines and student schedules, driving students to activities, planning and leading development and recreational activities, guiding daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance, and managing household budgeting and reporting. The role progresses from an initial nine-on / three-off schedule to a Placed Houseparent assignment with a single student home. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. It also requires being part of a legally married couple for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older, and the ability to comply with pet restrictions and other campus policies.
