Two-person married couple on-campus role as Full-time Flex Houseparents to supervise and guide 8–13 students, including managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting; schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a dedicated Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to lead Judeo-Christian chapel activities. Relocation assistance and paid training provided. Must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses aged 27 or older; eligibility also includes limits on dependents, adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and no alcohol on duty. Salary and comprehensive benefits provided per person, with total compensation for the couple combining housing, meals, and benefits.
