Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparents live on Milton Hershey School campus to supervise and mentor groups of 8–13 students in designated student homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from initial multi-home placement to a fixed student home. The role requires a legally married couple (at least two years), both spouses aged 27 or older, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. The position includes relocation assistance and paid training, with a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, and potential placement into a single, dedicated student-home role over time. The compensation includes per-person salary plus comprehensive benefits and housing.
