Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents needed to reside in on-campus student homes in Melbourne Beach, FL. Couples provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and support students’ academic, emotional, and social development. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications

- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Couples must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- On-campus residence required
