Job Summary
Two-person married-couple role living on campus as Full-time Flex Houseparents, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning/developing developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. After initial nine days on duty followed by three days off, couples may transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Sunday Chapel services
