Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in student homes, providing care, mentorship, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning development/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and supporting multiple student homes before transitioning to a single, placed home. Requires married couple, both spouses older than 27, and completion of individual applications for consideration. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; eventual placement into a dedicated student home.
