Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside on-campus in student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide guidance, supervise daily routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. They transition from nine days on / three days off to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group. Requires on-site housing, living within campus community, and adherence to campus rules including Judeo-Christian chapel involvement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse role must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
