Job Summary
Flex Houseparents for married couples live on-campus in student homes, provide supervision, mentorship, and guidance to approx. 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from nine-days-on/three-days-off on a rotating schedule to a placed home with the same students. Requires a high level of integrity, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, and being legally married for at least two years. Salary per person is $44,768 (approx. $168,000 total per couple with benefits); relocation assistance and paid training provided. Employment applications must be completed by both spouses.”,
