Job Summary
Conduct flexible staffing across sporting events, concerts, and festivals throughout the Spring/Summer and into Autumn. Manage shift bookings via the TWG Staff app and maintain punctuality for all scheduled engagements. Deliver strong customer service while navigating self-transportation to venues in Exeter. Complete a 20-30 minute online induction before signing up for shifts. Earn weekly pay with achievable bonuses and incentives while contributing to the biggest music festivals in England and Wales.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ to work at these events
- Own a smartphone (to use our app)
- Have good customer service skills
- Have a 'can do' positive attitude
- Are punctual and committed to the shifts booked
- Are good communicators
Desired Qualifications
- Previous hospitality experience
