Job Summary
Drive your own vehicle to transport patients to non-emergency medical appointments in Phoenix. Set your own schedule with flexible daytime hours (most trips between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM). Earn via a $2,000 bonus plus a $10,000 guarantee; get paid weekly via direct deposits. Use your own 4-door vehicle (2006+), carry valid insurance/registration, and pass a background check. Must have a valid driver's license, 3+ years US driving history, no more than two moving violations or accidents in the past 3 years, and own a smartphone (iPhone or Android).
