Job Summary
Flexible, client-focused caregiver role providing companionship and personal care to seniors in clients' homes in the Sarasota area. Responsibilities include helping with bathing, grooming, toileting, light housekeeping and laundry, meal preparation, transportation to appointments and errands, following individualized care plans, and communicating professionally with families and team members. Requires a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable transportation, and access to email/smartphone. Offers flexible full-time and part-time schedules with benefits, travel reimbursement, and ongoing training and career growth opportunities. Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required; a compassionate, professional demeanor is essential to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives.
