Job Summary
Provide compassionate, in-home care and companionship to clients in Hempstead with a consistent part-time schedule. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, supporting coverage for new client starts and scheduling needs, and communicating with the care team regarding client needs. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM (4 hours per shift).
