Job Summary
Welcome parents and children daily as the primary point of contact via email and telephone. Own the 'Go Beyond' experience by ensuring the Parent Breakfast Bar is well-stocked, managing parent communications including survey responses and session change requests, and organizing settling-in sessions. Line manage the kitchen and cleaning teams to meet regulatory standards while liaising with facilities for building maintenance. Operate behind-the-scenes systems for budgeting, procurement, invoicing, and team rota creation to maintain 95% occupancy targets. Assist with compliance verifications, marketing newsletters, and Family Club event planning. Work flexible hours from 6:30am to 7:30pm, providing cover for absences and appointments.
Required Qualifications
- Higher education qualification or relevant professional experience
- Experience either in a customer facing role or an operational role
- Proven track record of prioritising and multi-tasking under pressure
- Experienced, and competent, user of ICT systems (including Mac computers)
- Must be competent in Google suite, specifically navigating Google Sheets
- Experience of budget management and procurement
- A solution-focused decision maker
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Able to communicate and influence clearly using a variety of techniques (oral and in writing)
- A rigorous, structured and organised approach
- Able to reflect on oneself, respond positively and improve
- Happy to work an early/ late shift pattern and the occasional weekend/ evening
- High energy
