Job Summary
Address client inquiries and guide users through transaction processes. Analyze incoming requests to determine effective solutions and manage order workflows from creation to completion. Ensure accuracy of order details across internal systems and identify operational issues for documentation and escalation. Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve order-related concerns while maintaining data integrity. This role supports the transaction lifecycle for Porch Group's homeowners insurance platform, contributing to seamless client experiences and process improvements within our global team.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or technical support
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
- Effective multitasking and time management skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems (CRM, reporting tools, etc.)
- Experience working with global and/or US-based business teams
- Excellent written and communication skills in the English language
- A quiet space to work
- An internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload
