Job Summary
TOI FlexCare Physician Team role in hematology/oncology. Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients across TOI’s network of outpatient clinics, collaborating with local clinic teams, APPs, and nursing staff. Participate in tumor boards, clinical trials, and TOI quality initiatives; adapt to varying clinic workflows while maintaining TOI’s high standards of care. Travel to TOI clinics for short-term coverage with guaranteed hours and opportunities for professional development and potential permanent placement; mentorship and training within local teams when assigned. Flexible, integrated role designed to deliver patient-centered cancer care within a community-based setting.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- Active or eligible licensure in CA, NV, AZ, OR, or FL
- Willingness to travel to TOI clinics across multiple locations
- Minimum of 1-year post-fellowship experience preferred but not required
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary, value-based environments
