Flex Warehouse Driver

Job Summary
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately while receiving, staging, and organizing incoming materials. Load and unload goods onto delivery vehicles, transport materials to customer locations or EMS facilities, and ensure cargo is properly secured. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventories, monitor stock levels, and report shortages. Transport materials safely, inspect vehicles prior to use, and maintain cleanliness and safe operating conditions. Operate warehouse equipment and follow all security and safety procedures while wearing required PPE. Requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Role involves approximately 50% driving, 30% walking, and 20% standing.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license in your state of residence and clean driving record
- Experience operating delivery vehicles, including trucks and operating warehouse equipment used in warehouse
- The ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
- The ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multistep, written, and oral instructions
- The ability to communicate clearly with customers, drivers, and coworkers
- The ability to use basic computer systems, warehouse software, and office tools
- The ability to perform basic math calculations
- Operating standard office equipment including pertinent software applications
- Preparing and maintaining accurate records
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
