Job Summary
Conduct critical processes for flexible products including handling, hand scrubbing, tack lamination, cap removal, Kapton tape application, epoxy bead placement, and complex rigid flex layup. Enforce all company safety requirements while wearing appropriate PPE such as gloves, glasses, and face-shields in chemical environments. Prioritize projects, initiate cost reductions without sacrificing quality, and document training for operators. Report potential problems to managers and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while standing or walking. Work extended hours based on company needs, including swing shifts from 3:30 PM to midnight and after-hour emergency calls.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to train operators and document in a timely manner
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and work instructions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, protective glasses, face-shields, etc. and work within the confines of a room where concentrations of chemicals are located
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds maximum and stand/walk throughout the day
- Must be flexible to work extended hours base on company needs and be available for after hour emergency
- Swing Shift: Mon- Fri: 3:30PM - Midnight
