Job Summary
Provide clinical services to residents in long-term care and assisted living settings on a PRN flex schedule, including skilled nursing and medication administration across shifts. Coordinate care based on resident needs, maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records, participate in resident-care conferences, and ensure privacy and confidentiality. Complete onboarding trainings and ongoing updates. Requires a Colorado Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing; IV certification is helpful; experience with dementia care is a plus. Shifts are typically 12 hours, with a minimum of 2 shifts per month, and opportunities to sign up across multiple locations. The role is PRN/part-time with a focus on flexible staffing and resident-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Colorado State Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
- 1-year experience in a long-term care facility preferred
- Experience in caring for residents with dementia a plus
- IV Certification helpful
- Must have computer word processing and database experience
- 1 year experience using electronic medical record platforms preferred
- Must be able to read, write and speak the English language
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
