Job Summary
Flex Team LPN on a PRN basis provides clinical services to residents at Communities of Christian Living Communities (CLC) across multiple locations, including skilled nursing and assisted living, with shifts typically 12 hours. Responsibilities include coordinating care, attending Resident Care conferences, medication administration and documentation in electronic medical records, ensuring resident privacy, and supervising/overseeing care during shifts. Requires Colorado State Licensed Practical Nurse license; experience in long-term care and dementia care is a plus. Onboarding trainings and periodic training updates are required; position offers the ability to sign up for multiple locations and shifts with minimum 2 shifts per month.
Required Qualifications
- Colorado State Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
- 1-year experience in a long-term care facility preferred, and coordinating care in a clinical environment
- Experience in caring for residents with dementia a plus
- IV Certification helpful
- Must have computer word processing and database experience
- 1 year experience using electronic medical record platforms preferred
- Must be able to read, write and speak the English language
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
