Job Summary
Assist the School and teachers in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans while supporting children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through active engagement. Prepare classroom materials, maintain a safe and clean environment, and supervise individualized support for multiple age groups. Adhere to health and safety guidelines and licensing regulations to ensure a secure setting. Provide daily care routines and foster a sense of belonging. Requires a high school diploma, empathy for young children, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must pass state background checks and meet minimum education and credential requirements.
