Job Summary
Senior Manager for Digital Merchandising Optimization leads the evolution of the Digital Merchandising Prioritization data algorithm and scoring for placements across global digital experiences. Responsible for analyzing performance of placements, guiding changes to digital experiences that affect placements, and managing the scoring approach to determine Marriott offerings in key digital placements. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders across Digital, Marketing, Loyalty, Brand and Technology, with a global scope interfacing with regional teams (Americas, Europe, MEA, Asia Pacific, China, Caribbean & Latin America). Professional responsibilities include project management leadership for a matrixed team, developing strategic plans aligned to KPIs, prioritizing product requirements, managing vendor relationships, procurement activities, and communicating rollout changes to executives and hotels/continent teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years Marketing / Digital experience

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/certification
