Diagnose and repair hardware and peripheral issues using cost-effective solutions to minimize client downtime. Install and test hardware while following specialized instructions, then complete all required technical documentation for billing, returns, and compliance. Support Insight's depot programs, including Hot Swap and Repair operations. This onsite role in Hanover Park, IL, requires 2–5 years of IT support experience and an IT-related certificate or diploma.
