Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for Marriott Bonvoy mobile apps: own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple mobile capabilities; lead cross-functional agile teams, balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, and translate research and experimentation results into actions. Drive customer- and data-driven strategies, lead A/B testing and optimization, develop deep subject-matter expertise across product functionality and UX, and communicate status and plans clearly across teams to support Marriott’s mobile growth.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8+ years of product management experience with a focus on consumer-facing products
- 5+ years leading cross-functional agile teams
- Experience delivering iOS and/or Android products
- Proven ownership of A/B testing and experimentation
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong ability to lead, influence, and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across departments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
