Flex Security Officer

Provide professional security coverage across multiple client sites in the Boulder area, covering open shifts, unplanned absences, vacation slots, and specialized assignment requests. Perform regular foot patrols and staff stationary posts, monitor designated areas to ensure safety and adherence to site policies, project a visible professional image, maintain open communication with supervisors and operations staff, respond to reassignment requests and last-minute schedule changes, adhere to TRIDENT standards and post-specific procedures, and deliver superior customer service. The ideal candidate is a steady, professional security officer able to handle shifting environments, with strong communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities, capable of quickly getting up to speed on new locations and site-specific instructions, and a team player interested in building a long-term career in security. A flexible schedule that may vary weekly is required, with physical ability to walk, stand, and stay alert for extended periods.
