Job Summary
Acknowledge and greet all guests while verifying credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals and vehicles. Monitor surveillance cameras, alarms, and patrol the perimeter to detect suspicious behavior and prevent vandalism or theft. Respond to distress calls, alarms, and emergencies by contacting local first responders and warn violators of infractions. Identify and report safety concerns or security breaches, ensuring accurate submission of required documentation. Enforce all rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor. This part-time role requires a current Arizona Guard Card, valid driver's license, and high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- A CURRENT ARIZONA GUARD CARD
- Valid AZ Security License
- Valid and Clean Driver's License
- High School Diploma
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Proficient computer skills
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Minimum of one year of security experience
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
- Must be able to crouch, climb stairs, sit, stand, stoop and walk for extended periods of time
