Job Summary
Conduct security patrols and monitor premises across the Waterloo, Cedar Rapids, and Iowa City areas while responding to vacant shifts between 05:00 and 22:00 seven days a week, including potential overnight coverage. Maintain availability for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts on short notice. Hold a valid driver's license and pass a Federal State of Iowa background check, motor vehicle report, and four-panel drug screen. This As Needed role offers a pathway to full-time permanent employment for candidates with a high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a Federal State of Iowa background check, motor vehicle report and 4 panel drug screen
- Must be available 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
- Must come to the Cedar Rapids branch for interviews and potentially onboard
- Shifts may come up on short notice
- High School Diploma/GED
- Drivers License
- Travel is required occasionally
