Job Summary
Provide professional security presence at assigned posts and monitor premises, report incidents with detailed activity records, follow site-specific post orders, and respond to operational coverage needs. Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining safety standards; flexibility to travel between Nashville-area sites as needed. Must hold an active Security Officer License, be reliable and punctual, and be willing to work at multiple locations; cross-training for various client locations and possession of a valid driver’s license are required.
Required Qualifications

- Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
- Must be willing to work at multiple site locations throughout the Nashville area
- Must successfully complete cross-training for various client locations
- Must possess a valid physical driver’s license
- Must be driver eligible under company insurance guidelines
- Clean driving record preferred
- Strong communication and professionalism required
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, climb stairs, lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
