Job Summary
Monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings and access points, and control traffic in loading docks to maintain a safe environment for customers and employees. Patrol building lobbies, floors, parking garages, perimeters, and equipment while preventing losses by reporting irregularities and restraining trespassers. Complete reports recording observations, interviewing witnesses, and obtaining signatures. Support manpower requirements during shortages, work special events, and be ready for weekend and holiday shifts with short notice. This role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to stand for long periods.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work any shift
- Valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background and drug screen
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to climb multiple stairs
- Must be able to respond to emergencies promptly
- Must be able to lift heavy objects
- Valid ID/DL
- High School Diploma or equivalent
