Job Summary
Flex Security Officer (PM & Overnight) responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, associates, visitors, and property. Patrol guest areas, back-of-house areas, parking facilities, and hotel grounds; respond to emergencies; complete incident and daily activity reports; monitor CCTV and life safety systems; control access and enforce hotel policies; assist guests with escorts and service requests; collaborate with hotel departments; support special events and high-volume operations; must be available for PM and overnight shifts and flexible scheduling. Prior hospitality/security experience and certifications (CPR/AED/First Aid) are preferred, along with strong communication and customer service skills; physical ability to stand, climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds, and work outdoors in various conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous hotel security, hospitality, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
- Georgia Security Officer registration (if required) or ability to obtain.
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to complete electronic reports.
