Job Summary
Set up serving areas and serve food to residents while maintaining established departmental policies, quality assurance, and infection control standards. Act with integrity by identifying instances of non-compliance and taking appropriate action. Maintain open communication with the immediate supervisor regarding needs and problems, and demonstrate team effort by cooperating with co-workers and other departments. This part-time role offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and a 403(b) within a peaceful, family-oriented environment at St. Agnes Home in Kirkwood. Candidates must pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and provide I-9 documentation, along with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Required Qualifications
- 8th grade reading and comprehension skills
- Must successfully pass the Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must be able to provide applicable documentation(s) for I-9 in order to establish identity and authorization to work in the US
- Must have valid driver's license, personal automobile liability insurance, and acceptable driving record (if required to drive)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in food service preferred
