Flex Retail Security Officer

Provide security detail as outlined in post orders at South Hills Village, performing patrols of buildings and perimeters, controlling entrances and movement of pedestrians and vehicles, escorting materials and personnel, and inspecting security and fire exposures. Maintain a professional image with strong customer service, greet customers/visitors/employees, stay informed of post orders and customer directives, report suspicious activity, monitor cameras, know emergency procedures and life safety systems, complete Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports, and communicate effectively with the Security Supervisor. Duties may vary by post; ADA accommodations may be provided; duties will include cooperation with local law enforcement and fire departments and adherence to Andy Frain Services policies. This is a flex evening position with the described responsibilities and required skills including vigilance, teamwork, and clear communications.
