Flex Retail Security Officer

Provide security detail at a retail site with duties including controlling entrances and pedestrian/vehicle flow, patrolling buildings and perimeters, escorting materials/personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, and handling special assignments. Maintain a professional image with strong customer service, greet customers/visitors/employees, stay up-to-date with post orders, monitor surveillance and emergency procedures, complete daily activity and incident reports, and communicate security issues to the Security Supervisor. Knowledge of life safety systems, CCTV, fire panels, and access control is valuable; the role may involve coordinating with local law enforcement and fire departments and following training/compliance guidelines as outlined by the client and agency. The position is based in Eighty Four, PA and requires on-site presence with a flexible evening schedule.
